To secure resources for your participation in Model 1: On-site Sourcing Tour, a security deposit of USD 800 must be paid within 3 business days after providing your travel details.
Payment Methods: T/T bank transfer or credit card.
Handling: The deposit will be fully applied toward the commission of your first shipment. If no order is placed, the deposit is non-refundable.
Minimum Procurement Value:
For Model 1 and Model 2, each shipment must have a minimum product value of USD 10,000.
Payment Terms:
Orders ≥ USD 10,000: Payment may be made via T/T or irrevocable sight L/C, subject to mutual agreement.
Orders < USD 10,000: Applies to Model 2, Model 3, and small Model 1 orders. Payments follow a staged structure to ensure smooth project execution:
Production Deposit: 70% of total order value due after order confirmation and prior to production.
Balance Payment: Remaining 30% due before shipment.
Additional Fees: All bank charges or payment-related fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Commission is calculated based on the product value per shipment:

Note: Minimum commission for a single Model 1 project is USD 1,000.
Travel Expenses:
For Model 1, all personal transportation and accommodation costs during your visit to China are borne by the buyer.
We provide up to 10 working days of on-site support.
Commission Coverage:
Includes sourcing support, order tracking, quality inspections, warehouse/consolidation, and container loading supervision.
Excludes domestic logistics, international freight, insurance, and destination-port customs fees (except DDP under Model 3).
Documentation:
All commercial documents will be provided upon full payment.
Customs Clearance:
Model 1 & 2: Buyer responsible for destination-port customs clearance.
Model 3 (Platform Sourcing):
DDP Option: We or our partners handle customs clearance and duties; buyer cooperation may be required.
Non-DDP: Buyer handles all customs procedures independently.
Liability:
Any party breaching this agreement shall be responsible for direct financial losses caused to the other party.
Dispute Resolution:
All disputes arising under this agreement shall be submitted to CIETAC (China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission) for arbitration.
Entire Agreement:
These terms constitute the full and complete agreement between both parties regarding the services described.
